Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped her gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Professional Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years of competition to get her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the contest. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. The competition was among the very best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. Three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
