Angelica

Angelica Panganiban was born in the Philippines. She's now a Filipino American performer and comedian as well as host on television and model. Regarded as the new Queen of Drama by various media outlets Panganiban is recognized as one of the best seasoned and versatile actresses in the Philippines. The term angelica roots means that only the roots of the plant are used. The majority of A. archangelica herbal products and supplements contain seeds, fruits and/or the flowers. These products usually only use the root. Angelica was a contestant on Season 12 of America's Got Talent and made it through the auditions singing her version of Rise Up, by Andra. Angelica was awarded the Judge Cuts by Chris Hardwick to sing Girl on Fire, Alicia Keys. She was then directed straight to the live performances. The live performances she sang Clarity of Zedd in the quarterfinals, and without You By David Guetta for her Semifinals performance. Angelica made it to the Finals and performed Symphony by Clean Bandit. At the end of the show, she sang Stronger alongside Kelly Clarkson with Kechi Ohwuchi. As the youngest competitor on the show's history and second in the show's history, she placed 2nd. In 2012 when Angelica Hale was just 4 years old she became very sick due to double pneumonia. This was due to an aggressive strep pneumococcal bacteria infection. Angelica Hale desperately needed life-saving medical intervention and was placed on ECMO life-support at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. She suffered from multiple organ dysfunction, including failure of her kidneys. The process of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis later was her new norm. After an 80-day hospital stay Angelica appeared to be dying and then on a road of recuperation. After nearly a year and half of dialysis, Angelica was able to undergo the most significant operation she had ever undergone- her kidney transplant. The mother of Angelica was the organ donor. Angelica Hale along with her mother underwent a kidney transplantation on the premises of Emory University Hospital in Atlanta and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston on September 13th, 2013. Angelica Hale's desire to become the world's most famous person has never wavered.
